Wonderful stay, great guest service...
- What did you like most?It was great, I arrived early and was given my room, which was ready so they gave me an early check in. I was even upgraded which was especially nice. The junior suite I was upgraded to was perfect, and had enough cupboard space for my clothes . I didn’t expect to be upgraded and so surprised when they did, and it made my stay even so much better. I didn’t see Kevin this time, who was always so nice and friendly. This time when checking in , Nereida, was there and she too was so friendly and professional and was absolutely amazing. She also phoned my room to check if everything was good. Nereida made my stay absolutely fantastic, as did Kevin with my previous stay. Wonderful staff. Hopefully will be back again.

- What did you like most?Great location, and helpful staff. Ishan and Nereida both went out of thier way to be supportive, answering all my questions, giving great restaurant recommends, explained the transit system. they speak perfect english, german, french, and spanish. Fun trip. Do not miss the 3D Pergamon experience, a giant painting of real people [actors] living in a greek city.
