Superb
Disparaging, inhumane, and unsafe healthwise...
- What did you like most?Nothing
- Was there anything you didn't like?No thermostat in the room, no central heat so room is bone cold upon booking and entering. Then, the shower has a heat regulator system as well as controls the water pressure. I went to bed and woke up severely crying because I had to pay to be as cold as I would’ve outside in my car. This is also illegal to rent or facilitate renting out rooms that could make health issues and disabilities worse when they don’t have access to warm enough rooms and showers. I was told I have to give pictures to help booking.com help me, but the hotel doesn’t have room thermostats to document the issues I had, but other customer checking out at the same time had the same issue
