Great location, Hilton missed the...
- What did you like most?The location is one block off of the main street on waikiki. So we were within walking distance to the beach and shopping but didn't have the noise from the busy street. Best of both worlds. The pool and deck were great and a good space with additional games and comfy deck chairs for lounging.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bed was old and sagging. The room had 100s of these tiny spider ish mites in it.- No they were not bed bugs. -But yeah could have done without those. The sheets on my kids bed had blood stains on them. We called to housekeeping and they were fast in getting those changed for us. The resort says there are 4 eating establishments on the property, but the 3 bar areas and 1 restaurant all source from the 1 restaurant kitchen. So same food throughout the property, no variety. If using a third party to book here like Booking.com be sure of your dates. This resort is not flexible if you need to change your dates. Booking.com customer service went above and beyond to help us with our request to shorten our stay but Hilton did not. I have retired from the hospitality industry and understand sometimes this happens. Just be sure of your dates.
