Very disappointed. Not the Hilton we know and love!
- What did you like most?Fabian at the front desk was very nice and apologetic with everything happening.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a group of about 900 preteens/teens while we were there. They were loud, disrespectful and unsupervised. They ran the halls, the elevators and pretty much the entire hotel. They couldn't even have the "live music" in the bar/restaurant because you couldn't hear it over all the kids. Terrible experience for what we had to pay for.
Great location but the room was 72 degrees because the air conditioner did not work
