- What did you like most?The hotel is beautiful. The staff was amazing. The valets, front desk, housekeeping, room service all excellent and very nice people.

- What did you like most?Had a problem with Room when we came back the evening and taken a long time to resolve and move us to a new room that evening.The next morning at Front Desk, Antonio assisted and resolved the issue with a upgrade to one of the Villas for the rest of the stay. Definitely made up for the poor service we received the evening.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Their check in can approve with holding an amount on your credit card. They taken more than double the amount for the stay and I’m still busy sorting it out, even after the full amount was deducted for the stay.
