Hotel shut down
- What did you like most?The Fire Department closed them down due to gas leak. So I didn't stay there. No prior notification before arriving. They paid for one night at another hotel, not their sister property. We had to find sleeping arrangements for the second night. The staff that met me in the lobby was polite and professional. Since I prepaid, she informed me they will need to contact the third party booking company regarding the cancelation.
