Avoid this hotel
- What did you like most?We did not like this hotel and the only two good things were that the bed was comfortable and the location was ok. It is near two metro stations and easy to get to from Gare du Nord. We "upgraded" but the room was dark, odd layout and still small.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff were rude, over billed me and the facilities are very limited - with timed limits on the use of the sauna. Apparently this is for health reasons - first I have ever heard of this... Bottomline: this is supposed to be a luxurious hotel, but despite the large cost it most definitely is not. Also, check your bill on leaving the hotel. They over charged me by $130 and I'm now struggling with the credit card company to get it back. Overall - avoid.
