Nice location, great customer service....
- What did you like most?Room was fine. I really liked the staff. Check in was really nice and helpful. I also liked the dining and bar staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bedspread had a few drops of what looked like blood that was originally unseen because it was tucked in under the mattress. I noticed it the next day but kept forgetting to say anything. Since it didn’t touch me, I let it go. I wish the lighting was better. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall.
Central location, modern and comfortable...
- What did you like most?So beautiful, updated, unique decor and smart. Bed was comfy, plenty space in the bathroom. Great water/ice station, a/c worked beautifully since it was one of the hottest days in SF. And the central location put us in walking distance to our dining spot as well as the Orpheum theater/UN plaza
