Overall, this is a very nice hotel in a great location. I would recommend staying here!
- What did you like most?It was a very nice atmosphere. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted with a pleasant aroma. The lobby is warm which is nice coming in from the cold.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Some of the elevators weren't working. Also, we had 4 staying in our room but were only provided 3 towels/washcloths and didn't realize this until we were in for the night ready to shower. When we called to ask for more, it took quite a bit to get them.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The cost of stay was way expensive. I wish there’s a way to get at least 50% refund. Water in the bath didn’t run warm for a long time. The phone in the room didn’t work.
