Hyatt Regency Times Square is perfectly located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, directly on Broadway between 48th and 49th Streets at the doorstep to Times Square. Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall and the greatest musical theater anywhere in the world are mere steps away. Featuring views of the city, each room at the Hyatt Regency Times Square also has a flat-screen cable TV and Free Wi-Fi included for nightly service fee. Central Park is 10 minutes’ walk away. The hotel is also steps away from the 49th Street subway station.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform Hyatt Regency Times Square of your expected arrival time in advance. Please note that rollaway beds are on request only and based upon availability. Due to New York City Fire Codes, rollaway beds cannot be accommodated in our rooms with Two Double Beds; if available they can only be delivered to rooms with One King Bed. Please note that only self-parking is available and the garage has entry points on both 48th and 49th streets, between Broadway and 8th Avenue. Oversize cars are charged USD 93 plus taxes and regular cars are charged USD 78 plus taxes. These charges are for a period of 24 hours and no in and out privileges are provided. Vehicles taller than 7 feet must be parked elsewhere. Please note, the credit card used to charge the guest room must be presented upon check-in. In the event a different card is presented upon arrival, the card used on advanced purchase reservations will be refunded and the card presented upon arrival will be charged for the stay.
