The wellness and fitness facilities can be used free of charge during certain times of the day. All rooms offer free wired and Wi-Fi internet access. - What did you like most?The room was spacious and the view was nice.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I came to Prague for a medical procedure and specifically booked this hotel because I needed a quiet place to recover. Unfortunately, my room was extremely loud, with constant heavy stomping from above, and I did not sleep a single night during my 9-night stay. It became so unbearable that I checked out 2 nights early and lost that part of my reservation. I also chose this hotel because it advertised multiple restaurant options, which was important due to my severe dietary restrictions. In reality, there were almost no suitable options available for me. Lastly, I did not feel welcomed by the front desk staff. By the end of my stay, I found myself avoiding interaction because the atmosphere felt uncomfortable.
