Location was great inside the hotel room wasn’t so great you could tell it was well used. The restaurants are really bad

- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms were mid, it was as though I was staying in a quality inn back in the states The food was horrible. I’m pretty sure I ate cat or dog.
Once a great all inclusive hotel now it's just a joke.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Service has really gone down from the drinks to the food. I've been going for 5 years now and it will most likely be my last time staying. I was celebrating my finances birthday and requested Ballons and a cake which we never received. We got a romantic suite and never received our champagne bottle until 2 days later after being reminding them several times. Ran out of toilet paper and it was never stocked we literally has to us kleenex. The food was just horrible the all inclusive restaurants were hard to make reservations. The one we did go to was absolutely disgusting.
