Comfortable but....
- What did you like most?Clean, comfortable hotel with a decent gym. There are water machines on a couple of floors and an ice machine. I stayed in a queen room and was a good size.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Incredibly unprofessional staff. There was a mistake with my booking and on the 2nd night of my stay at 10pm and aggressive woman burst in my room saying I don't belong there and forced me to come down to the reception. Turns out the person who checked me in made a mistake, and mistakes can happen, but the way they handled the situation was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Then on the day of my checkout the cleaning lady came and said that I wasn't in the system and the room should have been empty.
