Disappointing.
- What did you like most?I like the location an cleanliness of the hotel and for the most part have always chosen to stay at this hotel and have always recommended it to friends and family
- Was there anything you didn't like?My fiance and I have booked suites at this hotel many times and have really enjoyed staying here. This last time we stayed we had a terrible experience. We have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and my fiance had left the room early morning to go grab some breakfast around the corner, when he came back to the room he was followed by security up to our room floor and they had asked him if he was lost and asked if he was a guest there. My fiance was not up there for significant amount of time and was just lookin for his key card in his pocket the security guard examine the key card as though it was fake and proceeded to be extremely rude to my fiance and acted like he was lying about being a guest. They had to go to the front desk and sort things out. This whole experience made us feel unwelcomed and profiled and because of this we can't enjoy staying at this hotel that we once really enjoyed and we will not be recommending it anymore either.
