Very poor
- What did you like most?The location was perfect, as we had stayed here before. That was the reason we chose this hotel again
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room key we received already had occupants in it! When I opened the door, I turned the light on. At that point, there were people shouting at me and I feared for my life! This was a terrible, terrible mistake that could have turned worse and even someone getting hurt. Also, I purchased a soda from the coke machine. The coke was not cold, and it was flat! When I called to complain, I was told someone would be contacting me, but no one has called me....so sad.

- What did you like most?The staff was AMAZING! From check in to housekeeping, everyone was so helpful.,
- Was there anything you didn't like?Only thing I didn’t like was that people would be at the pool & I could hear them screaming while we were trying to go to sleep. But that’s not the hotels fault, the people were just really loud & it was always at 9:30-10 right before pool would close
