Great NYC stay
- What did you like most?Reception staff, breakfast staff and maintenance staff, who we met in the lift were all very polite and helpful!! Housekeeping staff were great too!! Very close to Empire State Building, subway station(Herald Sq) and Times Square(hell on earth)
- Was there anything you didn't like?Little niggly things for you to think about. People who drink tea don't have cream/ half and half in it so I think it would be wise to have a little jug of milk next to the tea/coffee facilities rather than taking a hot cup of water over to the milk at the cereal where it is generally busy - health and safety of your customers! The view wasn't nice so kept the blind down all week but we weren't in the room much to look out thankfully! One use cutlery and paper plates that weren't or can't be recycled!
