- What did you like most?The staff was friendly, the room had plenty of space and the location was good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We had 3 issues with the room: Blackout curtains was broken, we asked to fix but it was not fixed and the staff didn’t offer another accommodation. The cooler was not working, we had a very expensive medication that needed refrigeration and we lost - we realized only at the day that we need the medication. We complained about it and nothing was done to fix the cooler or to reimburse the medication. The hotel didn’t offer any alternative. One of the sinks was clogged, no actions from the hotel as well.
