Don't stay here until the remodel is complete.
- What did you like most?Room had been remodeled, it was nice. However, the soap dispenser in shower was broken. Simple fix. Housekeeping should have reported it.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The lobby and elevators are being renovated and it was a mess. I was hoping to use the cute lobby bar on the photos online. It was closed. Call ahead. If still being remodeled, stay somewhere else.
My stay was not the way I planned it.
- What did you like most?The hotel restaurant and business center was not accessible due to remodeling, and I was not told that before I drove to Houston. I had planned to eat at the hotel and catch up on work.
