Bad form.
- What did you like most?We called 3 times stating we would arrive late. This included less than 30 minutes before we arrived at 12:15 am. They cancelled your reservation and forced a new full cost reservation.
- Was there anything you didn't like?They cancelled reservation in spite of 3 calls letting them know of our late arrival. Also the carpet in the room was wet.
50/50 probably won't be back
- What did you like most?Bedding was so soft and comfortable. They had Netflix which was great we enjoyed that. The balcony was a nice touch even though it didn't show much ?. No problems with the room
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had to pay upon arrival despite already paying when I booked online. Had to go to the front desk 3 times to figure it out and get a refund for it. The lady was patient with me but it definitely could've been avoided. Also said breakfast was included but it wasn't. Only the Starbucks nook they had.
