once in the new cleaner...
- What did you like most?hotel is pretty relaxed and quiet , perfect for a weekend getaway for a good price
- Was there anything you didn't like?the first room was very underwhelming. our ac unit didn’t work , the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned as effectively as i would’ve liked, the shower was a tad bit dirty. and we found an old dried up biscuit underneath the balcony window curtains on top of the broken ac unit. the biscuit had obviously been there weeks, not days. our balcony door was off track and wouldn’t close all the way or open without giving us a hard time. we were accommodated with a better/cleaner room but the front desk associate seemed a little ticked off about having to do her job. didn’t really handle my concerns with care but she did give me another room with no attitude, just didn’t seem like she cared about what we had found in the room.
