Disappointing
- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff was not very hospitable, walls were paper thin so I could hear conversations next door, restaurant was very pricey though the food was good
I had a mixed experience...
- What did you like most?On the positive side, the location is absolutely fantastic. It was just a short walk to all the main downtown attractions, including the aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were also a highlight; everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room itself was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Having a mini-fridge in the room was also a nice perk.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The worst hotel bathroom I have ever experienced. The water pressure in the shower was practically non-existent—I'm not exaggerating when I say you could probably get more pressure from a spray bottle. To make matters worse, the water never got hot. It was lukewarm at best, which made for a miserable shower. On top of that, the layout was bizarre, with the toilet paper holder placed in a completely nonsensical and hard-to-reach location.
