- What did you like most?The property is fully renovated, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were larger than most hotels in that area, and I had a partial ocean view with a balcony, which was very nice. The on-site restaurant is excellent and absolutely worth trying.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Despite prepaying for my stay, the hotel placed an additional authorization for incidentals and then charged my card again, resulting in over $2,400 being tied up for a four-day stay. This over-authorization left me without access to funds over a holiday weekend while traveling with my child. The most frustrating part was that the hotel did not proactively offer a solution. I had to repeatedly escalate the issue and provide proof that I was unable to meet basic needs due to the over-authorization before they offered limited assistance. Even then, meal coverage required constant follow-up throughout the stay. Although the room itself was comfortable, the ongoing concern that my card would continue to be charged or declined made it impossible to relax or enjoy the trip.
