Exceptional
Given my absolutely discouraging encounter with the reception staff, I will avoid this hotel
- What did you like most?I used to stay in this hotel frequently, whenever I visit NYC, for the close location to the city. I like the hotel overall, the facilities are decent and well maintained.
- Was there anything you didn't like?1. the reception staff that checked us in on arrival was very rude and unprofessional. 2. the rooms are not cleaned, unless on special request with the reception. Our trash has not been removed for 2 days. 3. Breakfast - serving ends at 9.00 am which seems a bit early. Choice is rather limited.
