An extremely dirty, poorly maintained,...
- What did you like most?Honestly, nothing stood out as positive. The location was convenient for our one-night stopover, but that was the only redeeming factor.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness and disrepair. The door handle was broken, the couch, blankets, and fabric bed frame had visible stains and soiled/unclean areas indicative that they have not been cleaned. The entire room had a strong, unpleasant odor. The carpet felt squishy and unstable underfoot. The TV remote was filthy, and there was old food debris inside the air-conditioning vents. The ice machine on our floor had heavy, visible mold growth. The smoke detector was dangling/loose from the ceiling, multiple electrical outlets were cracked or broken, and the wall A/C unit had exposed wiring. We also noticed ants throughout the room. These issues made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable — we spent as little time in the room as possible and checked out well before 6 a.m. because we no longer felt okay staying there.
