Not a room that you...
- What did you like most?Clean queen size beds and we got a good night's sleep. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The room had both a microwave and a refrigerator. There were a desk and a desk chair. The TV worked well. There was also a comfortable chair to relax in.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The comfortable chair was so worn and dirty that one wasn't too likely to sit in it. The worse problem was that the sink didn't have cold water. Only hot water came out of the spigot. The bathtub was disgusting with burn marks. The toilet was so low that you were almost sitting on the floor. The ironing board was filthy dirty.

- Was there anything you didn't like?I booked for 3 nights but could stay only 1 night and asked the manager to refund back the money for 2 nights due to the snow storm and the manager said she will refund back but it has been 3 weeks already and I have to follow up by myself and with the booking .com and the choice privilege that tried to contact the manager with no respond and apparently the manager will never go to work wherever we called her. I will not recommended that hotel. .
