Staff need to do better .
- What did you like most?It was pretty
- Was there anything you didn't like?They didn’t have my room available at 8:30 pm ! They couldn’t find my reservation even tho I gave them the email . They still acted like I did something wrong . Staff lady who checked me in was not helpful, not empathetic and honestly set the mood for the rest of the night don’t get me started on the restaurant situation. Tho the manager of that was great .
