Disappointing
- What did you like most?No breakfast. All vending machines out of order.
- Was there anything you didn't like?They didn't give us the right key to the right room that happened two different times so we had to walk all the way back down the hallway to the elevator and back downstairs which is a very long walk. Also in the room there was no microwave and no refrigerator and I need it the refrigerator for my medication so I had to put my medicine in ice bucket. I also wanted to take a bath but there were no toiletries available in the bathroom besides one bar of soap. I was highly disappointed what kind of room does not have a refrigerator or a microwave and I should not have to ask the staff for shampoo it should already be in the room.
