Staff was amazing to us...
- What did you like most?Easy access to places we were wanting to go nearby, we stayed while they were having the Festival of Lights so seeing all the beautiful Christmas lights and decorations was a plus for us, the spa was very relaxing we got pedicures and definitely want to come back for more services. Fitness center was nice as well.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Parking situation is kind of confusing, online it says one thing but when you get there to stay at the hotel there are signs on the outside that say differently and it made it a little confusing for us for self parking/valet/parking garage.
Mostly a positive experience
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were expecting the buffet breakfast but instead we had an understaffed restaurant experience. Those working apologized for delays in service and did the best they could.
