Great hotel, horrible desk person!
- What did you like most?Quiet, comfortable, great breakfast!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The night staff individual at the front desk was extremely rude. He acted as if he was annoyed that I was attempting to get a room. I had prebooked the room and he kept telling me he didn't see the reservation. He made me step away from the desk and sit in the lobby area while I used my phone to go online and recheck my reservation as if I was holding up a long line of people. But it was 10pm and the lobby was empty. A real loser! He should never be allowed to interact with customers.
It was okay. Probably would not stay again.
