Nice place, good staff, okay...
- What did you like most?Decor and staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Bathroom light didn’t work; heat wouldn’t go past 66. Called the desk, but nothing changed. Restaurant is closed in the afternoon. We went in at 1 pm on game day, and they refused to serve drinks. While sitting there, 16 people came in and tried to get drinks, so they lost that business. Also, I was traveling with an obviously handicapped person (cerebral palsy with a walker), and they put us on the 14th floor and the absolute farthest room down the floor. Had there been a fire, he wouldn’t have been able to go down the stairs.
