Uncomfortable beds and bad nights...
- What did you like most?Not a lot.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Even though I requested a comfortable and quiet room after a long flight landing late at night, we had some loud mechanical noise that kept coming on every 10 minutes all night. The hotel is very basic and dated with carpets very worn. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable either. I’m glad we only had one night here. Also please note there are quite a few stairs up to the property, which doesn’t help when you have a lot of luggage. We later found out there is a ramp round the side of the hotel but this isn’t a short cut. If you want a comfortable stay and a good nights sleep I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
A great place to stay
- What did you like most?Nice location (just a few minutes of walking from the Central Station and the Chinese garden of Friendship), nice view from the room, helpful staff, 4 elevators, comfortable lobby with a big sitting area, a very spacious room
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bed was too soft for my liking, and the bathroom could have been designed a bit better as it's very uncomfortable to get out of the bathtub
