• What did you like most?
  The property itself was great staff was friendly and very helpful. Beach was beautiful. Great value for the price.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  Not the property fault. We walked the beach close to sunset to go to the restaurant on the pier. Then it got dark again It’s not the property fault but you are next to the park. There are a lot of homeless people around begging and other types if you catch my drift. The reason for 9/10 for stars for property is such a beautiful view we couldn’t enjoy through the door as the glass seal had been broken so it was clouded. Didn’t want to sleep with doors open and heat on high listening to a fan run all night.

Horrible housekeeping service

  Where to begin... First off I would like to say that I stay at this hotel 4 or 5 times a year. I have been coming here for 7 years. It is always been a good experience until recently I was here for a few days in October could not get anyone in housekeeping to change sheets or even give fresh towels. But this time I was here for six nights. It began when I first entered the room and noticed that the room was barely cleaned. The refrigerator was full of old food and there was still hair all in the shower. I finally stopped someone from housekeeping who came in with an attitude and through the food in the garbage that was in the refrigerator. You would think staying for 6 nights that at some point housekeeping would at least check on you to see if you need fresh towels or fresh sheets... Even after sending a text to the number they give you if you need anything after 3 days I finally found housekeeping cleaning another room and got some new towels. I let them know that my room had not been cleaned in 3 days I needed some fresh sheets and the garbage taken out. No one came. Even after being told they would send someone no one showed up until 5:30 p.m. the night before I left. Yet the next morning when I was getting ready to check out 9:00 a.m. I have housekeeping barging into my room without knocking trying to get us out of the room so they can clean it. My room had not been cleaned for the entire six night stay no trash taken out no sheets changed even though I repeatedly asked for it. The only reason I got a change of towels after day three it's because I hunted housekeeping down and got them. Service has really went downhill the last 6 months. Like I said the front desk has always been very helpful but the housekeeping is very rude. They stand around speaking another language looking at you up and down mad if you ask for them to do their job. And let's not even get started on their new supposed to be security....
