Would never come back and...
- What did you like most?The fact that it was so close to the pier but honestly that wasn’t worth it for the crap experience we had.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I definitely do not recommend staying here. It was absolutely horrible. First they texted me at 4am BEFORE I was even checked into the hotel. They woke me up and stated that my trunk was open even though I was not even in the same city or even checked in yet. This was a whole day in advance of my actual stay. Then when I arrived, not only did the room key/room they gave me, didn’t work once but twice !! With both my kids, in the heat, we had to go down the the lobby floor back up to the 3rd floor 2x before we finally got into a room. This room was unfinished, the wall was like it was in active construction. The floor was uneven and popping up that my kids tripped multiple times. The shower was absolutely DISGUSTING! it was covered in gnats from top to bottom, dead and alive. It’s worse at night and I should’ve taken picks at nights I only got the next morning because I was so disgusted. We couldn’t shower and had to leave first thing in the morning because of this. I was hoping to get up and walk around a bit lots before check out but nope. Gnats were on the walls, in the water, the curtains, the counters EVERYWHERE. It was so bad that we couldn’t even take a shower. Not to mention how crazy the neighborhood once it’s dark. Drugged out people stumbling all over the place, cars speeding up and down the streets, people yelling all night. I wanted to walk to pier with my husband after the kids fell asleep but that was absolutely out of the question, for our safety. I absolutely hated my stay here and I have never given such a bad review. Please stay elsewhere. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
