  The water is warm and the metro is 6 minutes away

  The sink was clogged with a chunk of hair in the pipe when we first walked in. NO fridge, NO safety box. NO noise cancellation. NO room service just changing the towels although we paid for full house cleaning. They are not changing the bed sheets or sweeping the floors ever. A lot of dust under the bed. The coffee is not refilled despite the fact that the lobby coffee machine is out of order… the cups are not washed. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel.
