- What did you like most?The room was spacious and clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The noise that came in from outside the room woke me up multiple times during the night. This is more a suggestion than a dislike. Hotel needs to upgrade bathroom to match the esthetic of the more visible parts of the building. My bathroom sink was cracked, the under sink cupboard was missing a door and bottom lining. Painting was chipped. Where the floor meets the cupboard wasn't sealed/ fitted properly.
Do not recommend.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff was rude. I booked room with two beds and was told there was only room with one bed available for three people. They gave us a rollaway bed which none of us could sleep on due to back issues. Very poor customer service. I reached out to hotel about my concerns and experience but no one ever got back to me.
