- What did you like most?The location was great, hotel was clean with great ambiance and was very quiet!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was very hot, and when I initially expressed the need for a fan, it was not honored. It was provided eventually, but it was still very hot. The pillows were very comfortable with softness but after a while they provided no neck support so I was quite uncomfortable on the 3rd night.
Location, vibe, friendly staff, modernity
- What did you like most?excellent location. Fantastic breakfast. Recommend springing for a view of the Empire State if the budget allows. Staff were wonderful. Love the deco theme.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our room was oddly musty and it was hard to determine the origin of the smell. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kindly brought us a freestanding AC but I wouldn’t have wanted to spend too many hours in the room itself.
