- Was there anything you didn't like?I waited for the airport shuttle service for almost an hour and 40 minutes. Every 10-15 minutes, I asked when it would arrive, but I was always told it would be about 15 minutes due to traffic congestion. I later found out that the staff simply shifted the blame due to a lack of communication. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. I will never use any IHG Group brand, especially Holiday Inn, for my future travels.
