- Was there anything you didn't like?Seemed understaffed. Couldn’t get me into my room until 1700 with me really pushing though they kept promising to let me know when the room was ready. Then they didn’t deliver my bag until I had to ask a few times. They did their best to accommodate and give free drinks etc but for a hotel of that calibre you’d hope it wouldn’t come to that.
