Disappointing with terrible service

- Was there anything you didn't like?Terrible service, reception and even room service never picked up phone. Our two suites were mixed up at check in, these things can happen, but the hotel staff didn’t do a thing to resolve this and didn’t even seem to understand what the issue was... We had 2 suites, and items such as bathrobes were rather dated. Food from room service was disappointing as well (when they finally had picked up the phone…) In summary - overpriced and absolutely under delivered.
