- Was there anything you didn't like?1. The room/corridor smelt cigarette all through. 2. There was no information on when the housekeeper will come to do cleaning therefore I had an incident of one house keeper knocking the door and after seeing me inside she made faces communicating something in French but I couldn't hear. From her face, she wasn't delighted. 3. The hotel emailed my invoices which is very good but they addressed me as "sir" in both emails. I replied and asked them to correct but no one has taken the initiate. This is very disrespectful.
