Fantastic hotel, with excellent location
- What did you like most?The hotel was absolutely fantastic; we chose it because of its excellent location. The hotel is situated near several subway lines (maximum 3 minutes on foot), so getting back to the hotel from anywhere is very convenient. It is also on the subway line that goes to JFK Airport (approximately a 60–70 minute journey from the airport to the hotel). Our room was cleaned daily, and the temperature could be adjusted as needed. We especially appreciated the Wi-Fi in the room. I must highlight the staff — everyone was amazing, kind, and eager to help. Any request or question we had was resolved immediately. A great team of people! If I ever have the opportunity to return to New York, I won’t even look for another hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The view from the hotel is of the building across the street, but that’s just the reality and there’s nothing I can do about it — it is what it is. You really only go back to the hotel to shower and sleep anyway; you’re not traveling there for the view from the window.
