- What did you like most?Comfortable and clean room
- Was there anything you didn't like?Im left very confused and upset with the service at the end of the stay.. booked a taxi for my early flight the night before with the hotel. I was instructed to be on time. And the fare being75 pounds. After checkout and waiting, the taxi did not arrive. I had to speak with the concierge from the hotel. They provided no info, simply told me to wait. after waiting 15 minutes I asked them again frustration building over the lack of communication. I had to ask them if there was any information on its whereabouts. All they could tell me was it was on its way, I had to then ask if the delay could be explained. They told me it was a closed road. They left me with so little understanding on whether I could consider different alternative for the transportation. 20min passed, and I was talking with them about whether there would be compensation or a lower rate for being this late. And if there was any booking confirmation for me to keep, especially if the delay could cause me to be late for flight. They said unsure. This taxi service felt very unserious and dodgy. There is no service guarantee from the hotel or the the taxi. Driver did arrive in the end about 35 or 40min late. Reading on the drivers what'sApp he was told to give us a compensation lovering fare with 5 pounds. His phone did not take our payment card for some reason forcing us to run in for an atm machine further leaving us frustrated with how late we were getting. I will not be returning as I can no longer trust their services.

- What did you like most?The location of the hotel is good, however, this is absolutely not a four-star hotel when speaking objectively from a business standpoint.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel is definitely not worthy of four stars. The overall condition of the hotel is old, everything feels outdated and worn out. There are drafts coming through the windows in the rooms. The breakfast is especially poor.
