Beware of $150 to clean/make up your room (this is not a Hotel, it’s an apartment complex, check before you book)
- What did you like most?Good location, within walking distance of many good restaurants and shops, it’s an apartment complex (not an Hotel); has a big pool and gym, apartments are spacious and well decorated. quite nice looking and quiet. Staff are nice and smile
- Was there anything you didn't like?They surprise-charge $150 for room cleaning!! WTF??!! You cannot advertise this as a hotel and charge for cleaning. Outrageous hidden charge to rip off customers and make the sticker price look lower (which it isn’t, because it’s very pricey too). Apartment floors were sticky dirty. Staff is not knowledgeable of the property: did not know where our apartment was on the 10th floor; did not know the Wi-Fi password and didn’t know anything about self parking options in the apartment complex (nor in the surroundings), they were kind to bring up fresh towels, but they left them on the corridor carpet floor (which is dirty!)
