Great experience!
- What did you like most?The front desk folks, especially Ashleigh, were exceptional! The hotel was immaculately clean. Though there is not a breakfast, the coffee provided between 6-9 am was a great help. The location is very safe and good and very quiet.
- Was there anything you didn't like?At least a continental breakfast would be nice, but it is understandable that there is not one in an extended stay hotel.
Staff was nice, clean hotel with bare minimal amenities.
- What did you like most?Great location to JCMC and VA hospital. New hotel, they had been open 5 weeks when we checked in.
- Was there anything you didn't like?No utensils in the lobby. No utensils in the rooms. No cups, no coffee maker, no tissue, No hair dryers, only towels & washcloths, no hand towels. On mirror in the room and this in the bathroom. One light switch I controls all of the lights. Very, Very squeaky bed! You can hear everything going on the floor above you. I was hoping for the top (4th floor) but we were out in the 2nd floor.
