- What did you like most?I made reservation 1/5/26 and confirmed it twice before I drove 6hrs 40mins from SC to Florida. I was told once I arrived that that hotel was overbooked even though I made it ahead of I Time. A staff member had me stay in renovated room one night.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Communication. I already confirmed my booking after making reservation ahead of time. I didn’t get the room I initially paid for. I’ve used booking.com app for 8 years and counting and never had an overbooked issue.
